Package Timeline & Delivery

Handover package preparation typically commences immediately upon your departure and is completed within 1–7 days. Once ready, the package is sent to your Italian dentist via secure online transfer (ensuring HIPAA/privacy compliance and patient confidentiality). Your CRM coordinator confirms receipt with your local dentist and can provide you a copy as well. The package is organised for both digital access (searchable PDF with bookmarks) and printing if your dentist prefers physical records.

Clinician-to-Clinician Communication

Your Italian dentist receives the direct contact details for the clinical team member who treated you, allowing professional-level discussion at any time. Common questions might include: 'What brand of implant was used and what are its specifications?' 'How was the bone prepared?' 'Are there any anatomical variations I should account for?' 'What is your recommended maintenance protocol?' 'How do I manage this specific prosthetic issue?' Direct clinician communication ensures your dentist feels confident, informed, and supported in delivering excellent ongoing care. Software Compatibility & File Formats

All imaging is provided in standard DICOM format, which is compatible with every major dental practice management software used in Italy (Dentally, Curve, Softdent, etc.).
