You will have a video call with your named coordinator before finalising any travel or financial commitment, so you know exactly who you'll be working with throughout your journey.

What happens if I have an emergency after returning to Italy?

Your 24/7 CRM coordinator remains your first point of contact for the rest of your life. Available on WhatsApp, phone, or video call, they triage your concern clinically, may arrange video consultation with our clinicians, and coordinate directly with your local Italian dentist if treatment is needed.
